Edgewater provides Network & Desktop Operations & Maintenance services to more than 350 users accessing various systems through more than 500 desktop and laptop PC workstations at the DOE Idaho National Lab Site (DOE-ID).
Providing day-to-day operations and maintenance of DOE-ID network servers, devices, and desktops including system design, implementation, administration and configuration control.
Supporting software deployment, application management, patch and software upgrade deployment, data backup and recovery services, DHCP/DDNS administration and virus protection, IPS & IDS configuration and maintenance, content filter management, auditing and vulnerabilities scanning, and incident reporting.
