Program Management

Edgewater Federal Solutions provides program management support to the Office of Cyber Security, Office of the Chief Information Officer for the development and review of cyber security policy and legislation. Edgewater prepares draft policies, processes, position papers, and briefings for senior management. Solutions provided include consultation of policy content and format; logistical and oversight support of program activities (e.g., training); preparation of cyber security program documentation; and technical, editorial, graphics, and production support in the preparation of presentations and program-related materials.

Cyber Security Conference

Edgewater Federal Solutions manages the Department of Energy’s Cyber Security Conference and its Annual Information Management Conference (AIMC). Edgewater supports the Department’s Chief Information Officer in all aspects of the conferences, including pre-planning, site selection & on-site support, agenda preparation, speaker recruitment, registration, mailings, web site postings, and preparation of materials and the annual conference report. In 2005, the Cyber Security Conference will be held in Denver Colorado with an expended attendance of over 400. The AIMC will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina with an expected attendance of over 500.
